Where We Ship We ship worldwide from the UK and internationally via our print-on-demand fulfilment partners.
How Our Orders Work All products are made to order. Once you place an order, it goes into production before being dispatched — so please allow time for both production and delivery.
UK Shipping
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (production + shipping)
- Free standard shipping on orders over [£55]
- Express options may be available at checkout
International Shipping
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Split Shipments As we work with multiple fulfilment partners, orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged extra for this.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email where available.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at staticheartsclothing@protonmail.com. For lost parcels, please allow the following before getting in touch:
- UK: 10 business days after dispatch
- International: 20 business days after dispatch
