How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. It's that easy!

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make amendments.

How will I know my order has been confirmed?
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders can take 7–14 business days. Please see our Delivery & Shipping page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your returned item.

Print-on-Demand & Production

How are your products made?
Our products are made to order using print-on-demand services. We work with two trusted production partners — Printify and Inkthreadable — to bring our designs to life on high-quality garments.

What is print-on-demand?
Print-on-demand means each item is printed and produced specifically when you place your order. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs without holding large amounts of stock, and helps reduce waste.

Will my order come in one parcel?
Not always. Because we use both Printify and Inkthreadable, orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled by different providers and could arrive in separate parcels. Don't worry if one arrives before the other!

Where are my items printed and shipped from?
Printify works with a global network of print providers, so your item may be produced and shipped from within the UK or internationally depending on availability. Inkthreadable is based in the UK and fulfils orders domestically, which is great for faster UK delivery.

Why might my delivery times vary between items?
As Printify and Inkthreadable are separate fulfilment providers, production and dispatch times can vary slightly between them. This is normal and nothing to worry about — you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Can I return a print-on-demand item?
Because our products are made to order, we're generally unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect, please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. This applies to items fulfilled by both Printify and Inkthreadable.

Why does my item look slightly different to the product image?
Colours may vary slightly depending on the garment, fabric, and printing process used by each provider. We do our best to ensure consistency, but minor variations can occur between Printify and Inkthreadable products.
